Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Innercall LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates EnoughStack. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, dashboard, APIs, email services, public portals and embedded widgets (the “Service”).

1. Our role and customer workspaces

We handle account and service information to operate EnoughStack. When a business uses EnoughStack to manage its customers, send emails, receive support messages or host a feedback portal, that business decides what information it provides and how it uses those features. We process that workspace information to provide the Service to it.

If you interact with a business through its emails, portal or widget, its own privacy notice also applies. Contact that business about its use of your information; contact us about EnoughStack's handling of it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: names, email addresses, profile photos, authentication identifiers, workspace memberships and permissions. When enabled, Firebase Authentication handles Google or email and password sign-in.
  • Workspace content: contact lists, customer profiles and attributes, emails, support conversations, feedback, votes, comments, changelog subscriptions, task boards and settings that you or your workspace provide.
  • Connected service information: API credentials and data from integrations you authorize. A connected Stripe account provides customer, product, subscription and payment records for revenue reporting. EnoughStack's Stripe integration reads data; it does not move funds or change subscriptions.
  • Activity and technical information: session and visitor identifiers, portal and widget views, reactions and service events. When a workspace enables email tracking, events include which recipient opened an email or clicked a link, when that happened and the link destination.
  • Communications with us: information you include when asking for help or contacting our team.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, maintain workspaces, deliver emails and messages, display feedback and task boards, produce reports, support integrations, respond to requests and maintain the Service. We also use it to enforce permissions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, protect users and comply with legal obligations.

Customer profiles can connect activity across a workspace's email, inbox, feedback and revenue features. The workspace controls the data it supplies and which teammates can access those features.

4. Cookies, browser storage and email tracking

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in sessions, portal visitor identity, preferences, votes, reactions and unread state. Embedded widgets may store these identifiers on the site where they run. Blocking or clearing storage can sign you out or prevent some features from working. The Service does not currently change these operations in response to a browser's Do Not Track signal.

Workspace email campaigns may use tracking pixels and tracked links for open and click reports. Workspace administrators can configure tracking settings, and recipients can unsubscribe through links in the emails. Your email client may offer controls to block remote images, which can limit open tracking.

5. When information is shared

  • With the workspace and its authorized teammates to provide the features they use.
  • With service providers for hosting, data storage, authentication and email delivery. Depending on configuration, these include Firebase Authentication, Resend or a configured SMTP provider. Authorized integrations exchange the information needed for their features with the connected provider.
  • With the audiences you or your workspace choose. Public feedback, comments, roadmaps, changelogs and shared boards may be visible to others, along with display names or profile images. Consider the visibility settings before submitting content.
  • When required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and the Service, investigate abuse or respond to lawful requests.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of business assets, subject to applicable privacy requirements, or when you direct us to share it.

Third-party services handle information under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Retention and security

Retention depends on the type of information, the workspace's use of the Service and operational or legal needs, including resolving disputes and preventing abuse. Available deletion controls differ by feature. Removing a portal account may anonymize published content rather than remove it, and does not necessarily remove separate email subscriptions. Contact us to request deletion beyond the available controls; legal obligations may require some records to be retained.

The Service uses authentication and workspace access controls to help protect data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Keep account credentials and integration keys confidential, and use restricted keys where supported.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

You can use available settings to update information, manage workspace access, disconnect integrations and manage email preferences. To stop emails from a workspace, use its unsubscribe link or contact that business.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to complain to a privacy regulator. Send requests to the contact below. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to the workspace. Some requests must be handled by the business that controls that workspace's data.

8. International processing

Innercall LLC is based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Applicable legal protections for international transfers continue to apply.

9. Children

EnoughStack is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service or our practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
