Terms of Use

Last updated:

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to EnoughStack's website, dashboard, APIs, email services, portals and widgets (the “Service”), operated by Innercall LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create or administer a workspace. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and API keys, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access you grant to workspace members.

2. Permission to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, you may use the Service for your lawful business activities and to interact with workspaces that invite or permit you to participate. This permission is nonexclusive and does not transfer ownership of the Service, its software, designs, documentation or branding. Innercall LLC and its licensors retain their rights in those materials.

3. Your content and customer data

You retain your rights in content and data you provide. You give us permission to host, store, process, transmit and display it as needed to operate the Service and carry out your instructions, including sending campaigns and publishing content you choose to make public.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and use of your content, your customer data and your integrations. Obtain the necessary rights, permissions and privacy notices before uploading contacts, identifying widget visitors or communicating with recipients. Do not submit data you are not authorized to use. Public content and shared links can be viewed or copied by their audiences.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable law or another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Send unsolicited or unlawful messages, disregard unsubscribe requests or use improperly obtained contact lists.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, fraud, threats, harassment or other unlawful content.
  • Access another workspace without permission, bypass access controls or abuse API limits.
  • Interfere with the Service, compromise its security or attempt to extract credentials or private data.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or resell access without our permission.

You must comply with applicable email and marketing rules, including sender identification, consent requirements and opt-out obligations. You are responsible for your campaigns even when the Service provides delivery or unsubscribe tools.

5. Integrations and third-party services

Connecting an external account authorizes us to access the data needed for the integration. Provide only credentials you are entitled to use and permissions appropriate to the feature. EnoughStack's Stripe integration is for reading revenue data; it does not move money or change subscriptions.

Third-party authentication, email delivery and connected services have their own terms. Their availability, fees and behavior are outside our control. You can revoke access through available integration settings or the third-party provider.

6. Plans and fees

If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms presented when you purchase, or in a separate written agreement, apply. You are responsible for agreed fees and applicable taxes. Free or demo access may have usage limits and may change. Demo figures are illustrative sample data.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Workspace owners are responsible for their own privacy obligations toward customers and visitors. Any separately agreed data processing agreement applies to the processing it covers.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify or discontinue features. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages or events outside our control. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every message or the accuracy of third-party data. Keep copies of information that is important to your business.

Revenue reports are informational and are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. Verify important figures against their source records.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact us about closing your account or workspace. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay agreed fees, create a security or legal risk, or if we must do so by law. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

After access ends, you must stop using the affected Service. Data handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement. Terms concerning ownership, accrued payment obligations, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination to the extent needed to give them effect.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Innercall LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, business opportunities or data arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory protections under the laws where you live remain available.

These Terms and any applicable written agreement govern your use of the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. A separate agreement signed by us controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms and will post the updated version with a new date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the Service.
